Ticketing for The 04 Center is handled by Prekindle & Good Wolf Ticketing
Some events are ticketed through a different service and will be noted on each event’s page.
We do not have a physical box office that is open during regular business hours.
Tickets are emailed to you, if you do not see them in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folders.
The 04 Center is a CASHLESS VENUE.
Please be aware that cash will no longer be an accepted form of payment at our bar or box office.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay & Cash App.
**Please do not purchase tickets from third party sellers you may see online or on social media posts, they are speculative tickets. Do not trust individual or corporate resellers claiming to have tickets for a show at The 04 Center. Please only purchase from our website or Prekindle.com. We care about you and do not want you to get scammed. The 04 Center is not responsible for third party purchases from Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek or any other third party marketplace re-seller, as we are in no way affiliated with those sellers and cannot help you with customer service for your purchase.

All shows are ALL AGES all the time.
SEATING
The 04 Center is a FULLY SEATED 370 capacity listening room with comfortable seats and a good sight lines for everyone. The venue is a 1960’s A-frame church.
VIP: For the patron that wants the best, the VIP seating is the closest to the stage. The section is exclusive to VIP ticket holders, but individual seats are not assigned. This ticket guarantees you a great seat close to the stage no what time you arrive to the show.
GENERAL ADMISSION SEATED: This ticket guarantees you admission and a seat; behind the VIP section. Individual seats are not assigned and on a first come first serve basis.
BALCONY: Balcony seating is first come first serve to our 70 balcony seats. The balcony is open for select shows only.
ADA COMPLIANT: If you are an individual with a disability needing assistance please advise our ushers or staff members at the box office and we will accommodate. Our seating is flexible and can be moved to allow wheelchair accessibility.

Our ADA compliant restroom is in a separate building just outside our lobby area. Please ask a staff member for assistance if needed.
BAG POLICY & PROHIBITED ITEMS
We allow small bags in our venue, but they should not exceed 14″ x 12″ x 6″ in size.
All patrons will go through a bag screening before entering.
Your bag does not need to be clear.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED
* OUTSIDE FOOD or BEVERAGE of any kind
Bottles or cans of any kind, shape, or size, regardless of material and regardless of empty or full
If you’re caught sneaking in alcohol you will be escorted off the premises immediately and banned from our venue
* WEAPONS of any shape or size
Including firearms, explosives, pocket knives, etc.
If you’re caught sneaking in any form of weapon you will be escorted off the premises immediately and banned from our venue
* CAMERAS or RECORDING EQUIPMENT of any kind
Unless approved by our venue prior to the event
DRINKS / BAR
The 04 Center has a full bar for all patrons 21 and older.
We do not serve prepared food at this time but do serve small bagged concessions (popcorn, pretzels, chips, packaged tamales, etc).
RESTAURANTS
There are many fantastic restaurants within walking distance of The 04 Center — including the world-famous Matt’s El Rancho, our friends from Philadelphia at Grata’s Pizzeria, and our neighbors from Oaxaca at El Naranjo.
We encourage guests to arrive early, park in our lot, and then enjoy a meal at one of our nearby restaurants before the show.
Important: If you plan to do this, please print your ticket and place it on your dashboard before you leave your vehicle. Our security team actively monitors the lot prior to each performance. If you are unable to print tickets, please alert security when you arrive or come to the box office and let us know which car is yours.
PARKING & DIRECTIONS
The 04 Center has free on-site parking with 150 first come first serve free parking spaces that fill up quickly.
We always encourage mass transit, carpooling and ride shares for your night out to a show at The 04 Center.
There are 3 Cap Metro Bus Stops within close walking distance with Night Owl Service. The stops are listed on the bottom map.
There are adjacent streets that have free and paid public street parking available as well.
